car won't start turns but no crank need help!
Okay I've searched google, team Integra and club Integra and alot of similar threads but no one has a problem like mine. Car was running and it just died without warning when cranked white smoke came out of intake manifold. Timing belt jumped so I replaced belt, head gasket and still no start but no more timing belt jump. Replaced dizzy, ignition coil, control module, wires and plugs, and nothing battery good starter good and fuel pump priming. Any help will be greatly appreciated thanks . This is the exact noise it Is making.

Starter "turning" = engine cranking/turning over.
You are saying engine cranks, [starter motor works] but will not start, is that correct?
Do you have spark?
Test using an HEI spark tester only.
Do you have fuel in the cylinders?
Check by trying to start the engine and then pull a spark plug right away, is it "wet" with gas?
Check compression.
If you jump the timing belt you can damage/bend valves, if valves are not closing you will have little or no compression on one or more cylinders. 94

This is an easier way to see if fuel is getting to the cylinder. Another option would be to loosen the bolt on top of the fuel filter to see if a little fuel will squirt out after the fuel pump is primed but that is messy.

You can have good fuel pressure, [PGM-FI Main Relay/fuel pump/FPR all working] but if the injectors are not pulsing engine will not start.
Have you confirmed 12V+ at the injectors, with ign. switch in the run AND start positions?
If you have power at the injectors then the ECU/ECM is not suppling the ground pulse(s) for the injectors, a noid light would confirm this. 94

Yeah compression good. And fuel good. Still won't start but I have cone to this no power to ecu pin c6 starter signal switch. There is no power to the st wire on the ignition switch or to the starter cut relay or to the main relay pin yellow green. Believe it's the to the st switch. Also starter fuse under dash also no power. Still in the process of fixing any ideas how to fix this?
