Default del sol, turbo, b18a starts then stalls????

ok hears the deal, i got a 94 delsol Si with a b18a, p75ecu, and a t3/t4 turbo. I took the car out to a car show, the car ran sweet, then a couple weeks latter i started the car to make shure the pulleys wernt stuck it ran sweet, then last week i went to store the car for the winter and the car stalled at idle and the oil light was on (no check engine light) so i check spark, oil , gas , and vac leeks all ok then for the hell of it i jump the ECU it thrue a code 3 (map) it had a good ground, had 5 volts for the +, and signel wire was only geting 3 volts, the book says u need 5 volts or the ECU might be in need. then i try starting it agin at low RPM it start to loose vac pressure then the car shuts right off i jump the ECU agin and the checkengine light stays on no blinking i think that means my ecu is shot. the car will start then stall 20 seconds latter? i can't get a shop where i live to even look at my car becouse of the engine swap and turbo. pleazzzzz help.
