Default Cam plate torque specs for a 1st gen B16

I broke the stud that bolts the valve cover on, and I am in the process of replacing it. What specs do I torque it down to. Please a quick answer would be greatly appreciated

for the stud i would think its 8-10lbft. just put some loctite on it and you should be good
for the valve cover nuts - turn it until it stops, no more.
