Default Bad Master Cylinder or Brake Booster?

Attention Brake experts,
I have a 95 accord with 140k and the brakes are going bad. The pedal sinks when braking. It also sinks when the car is off and I press and hold the pedal down. I was wondering if this can be caused by a bad master cylinder or can it be the brake booster.

its the master cylinder, its an internal leaks inside the cylinder thats causing the pedal to sink....if its was ur booster..then u will have a hard time pressing the pedal....good luck
