7156 rpm in 2nd gear the Duty Cycle is 100% after tuned
I am not making as much power as would be expected (as far as i have been told)
This is a Built Drag III Turbo'd 2000 Civic Si running 255 fuel pump and 440 injectors. Dyno'd 230 whp and 165 lbs @ ~12lbs of boost.
Just trying to figure out where my problem could be.. according to hondata datalogger I am at 100% Duty Cycle at the following points.
7440 rpm in 1st gear the Duty Cycle is 100%
7156 rpm in 2nd gear the Duty Cycle is 100%
I do not have the A:F Ratio on my dyno chart, but could it be at 100% because he was trying to make sure it was rich enough?? Also i have been told not to go above 80%... Do i need bigger injectors again and could this be hindering my performance?
Can someone take a look at this in the hondata data logger for me...
The file can be found at:

Thanks in advance!!!

you might want to post in forced induction, they would know more about it, but it sounds like you need bigger injectors and yes that would hinder you performance

well, its kind of 50/50. If you are running waaaaaay too rich, then you might, just might be ok with your injectors. But if at 7156 rpm's you're already at 100%, you're probably at like 110% (not even possible) at 8200 rpms. So...if you lowered the fuel and you're around 80% at 8200 rpms, then you will be ok. But lowering your fuel enough to get to 80% might be too lean and you could blow your sh*t up. So...just get some bigger injectors. However, from what I've seen in the past, I thought 440's were sufficient for 230 whp, but I could be wrong. Anyone else? Do you have your hondata set up right for 440 injectors?

I dont know if i have my hondata setup right. Is there a way i can check in datalogger to see what size injectors it thinks that it is running?

How can you tune a FI car w/o AF readings? That defeats the purpose and puts your car in jeopardy. Post in FI forum, they might know if 440cc's are enough for 12lbs of boost.
edit: nevermind you said the ratios weren't on your sheet. Were any AF readings taken?

Yea A/F readings were taken, but i did not get a copy of them.
I told myself to get one, but forgot when i had it tuned.

You definitely should not be at 100% duty cycle with those kinds of numbers. I made 215 whp with my B16A2 and was at about 80% duty cycle at 9000 rpm. This was with 440cc injectors and a stock Civic fuel pump.
Either:
1) Your fuel pressure is too low and you are having to run your injectors open longer to get enough fuel
2) Your car is running extremely rich because your injectors don't need to be working that hard
3) The car was not fully warmed up when you made the pulls. If your car is still in warm-up mode when you make the run, the ECU can increase injector duty cycle by as much as 10%.
