92 honda accord over heating

92 honda accord over heating
Hello. I have a 92 accord and it over heats while driving. But stays at normal temp when it idles.
Has a new thermostat, radiator.
So the temp climbs all the way up to red, but the lower radiator hose is cold, while the top is hot. And i can't hear coolant boiling.
Anyone have this problem before or might have some suggestions on how I can fix this?
