Default 1994 Accord LX 2.2 liters Cylinder # 1 Misfire after it reaches operating temperature

Hello everyone
My 1994 accord 2.2 liters 4 cylinders with 155000 miles had a blown head gasket around cylinder # 4, head gasket replaced properly , head redone professionally , new timing belts , gaskets and the rest ,then comes the problem , when started it runs perfect, once warmed up starts missing , mainly cylinder#1 , and sometimes # 1&2 together making the engine shaking badley , i checked the the spark on cylinder # 1 when missing and it has spark , i also checked theinjector puls and it is OK and checked the compression on that particular cylinder and it was 175 PSI leave it to cool for 15 minutes , engine will idle perfect , what could go wrong when it is warmed up ,any advise out there in Honda community .
thanks in advance

Thanks for the help ,this is one of the doubts , i checked all the valve at cold , they are all at 0.010 for the intake and 0.012 for the exhaust , and to eliminate the doubt of valve clearance i readjusted the valves for cylinder # 1( which is the cause of complain ) to 0.012 intake and 0.014 exhaust . i also checked the compression on this cylinder when at operating temp. and when missing starts and it was 175-180 PSI . from my readings i started doubting the CYP , the question is if the cylinder position sensor is bad would it cause the cylinder # 1 to misfire and how if there is injector pulse and spark on that cylinder

Just because you have pulse does not mean it's spraying properly, I would swap injectors put it on cylinder 3 if no change then swap wires to cylinder 3.
