Default Where to replace Front Wheel Bearing for Honda Fit?

Hello,

I bought a Pair of USED 2013 Honda Fit (GE) Front Knuckle/Hub from Junk Yard.
I plan to put a longer ARP Wheel Stud on this 2 Front Knuckle/Hub.
I also want to remove the Splash Guard.

In order to do this,
I need to press out the Hub from the Knuckle,
Swap the Wheel Stud and then Press the Hub back into the Knuckle (with a new bearing since the old bearing is not reusable after pressing out the hub).
I know there are shortcuts by trimming the ARP wheel stud head,
but I don't want to do that, I want to do it properly.

Anybody know a good shop to do this?
I am located in Southern California, so I need someone local.

Or perhaps someone here is a Shop/Honda Mechanic?
If yes, please PM me how much you charge me for Both Left and Right side.

I don't want to take them to Honda Dealer since they will charge too much.

the work do NOT involve installing them on my car, since I will install them myself.

Thank You

Have you asked Firestone or any local shops? I recently took my civic knuckles in and had them replace the wheel bearings and ball joints.

It was a Seattle store, but I don't see why they couldn't. Otherwise any local speed shop should be able to assuming they have a press.

Do not remove the splash guard. This helps keep debris and salt out of the front end of the wheel bearing seal. Exposing this more than it already is will lead to damage to the seal, and the bearing.

Most extended studs require wheel bearing separation, or modification to the knuckle to allow a longer stud to be installed. If you separate the bearing, a replacement is highly recommended. There is no guarantee that a re-pressed hub seal it will hold up longer term, and in my experience in Minnesota, does not bode well for you.

Why exactly, do you need longer wheel studs?

Hello,
I understand the risk with removing the splash guard,
in California, there is no winter so we don't really have to worry too much with salt, beside bearing is not expensive.

For honda fit, each time you press out the hub, it actually broke the old bearing, so it is a must to replace the bearing and not just recommended.

no modification needed on the honda fit knuckle for longer stud.

I need longer studs for my big brake kit project,
which need spacer and I don't want the adapter kind of spacer.

Again if anybody here know where I can get this done the right way (in Southern California area)
and at reasonable cost, then please kindly post it here.

Reasonable cost mean the cost the shop/mechanic will charge me is not more expensive then me buying a press myself.
I know how to do it myself, It is just that I don't want to have a press in my garage (right now)
since it is a pain to transport when we need to relocate
due to my job.
Thanks
