Re: When should I rotate my tires?
Tire rotation about every 5K miles or so. Some people just do it every oil change.
Are those toe readings really in spec? I had no idea the new Civics had that much caster.
Also, having McPherson front struts, how did you get that much negative camber on the front wheels? Do you have adj. camber plates or camber bolts on the struts?

According to the sheet yeah, front toe 'specified range' is between -0.08º to 0.08º and rear toe is between 0.04º to 0.16º to . Is that much caster bad?
My car is pretty low. I don't have a camber bolts up front, only a camber kit in the rear.

Re: When should I rotate my tires?
wow, I'm surprised your front wheels got to -1.6 camber w/o camber plates, seeing as they're McPherson struts.
I was just surprised about the caster. It's actually becoming more common on newer cars to increase straight-line stability and also to improve cornering, since positive caster will make the negative camber increase on the outside wheel as the wheels are turned.

Re: When should I rotate my tires?
yeah im pretty shocked by the caster, but if thats how these new cars are designed, well ok.
your car alignment specs are fine.
i dont worry about rotating my tires quite frankly. i dont get more wear from the left or the right to be honest. but if i happen to be working on my car and notice the fronts have less tread than the rear, then i switch them. no big deal. these are for my all season daily driver tires.
