Wheel Bearing gone bad?

Wheel Bearing gone bad?
getting a knocking/thumping noise which leads me to believe it is my wheel bearing but when I either turn left or right, the noise remains constant. noise gets faster as I accel. The weirdest thing though is that when I engage the brake, the noise stops completely, as soon as I come off the brake the noise comes back. Could it be the wheel bearing?

Re: Wheel Bearing gone bad?
on witch ever wheel it is that's making that noise i would check the caliper and make sure its on there right make sure that the bolts are in there right and your not missing any ..make sure ur breaks look good, there is little clips the pads sit on check those too if it was a wheel bearing then it would still make the noise if u hit the break.

If it's not a rotational noise you can pretty much eliminate the wheel bearing.
The EM2/EP3's are known to have bad front LCA bushings. See if yours are in good shape or torn. This is the front lower arm where the bushing center goes vertical as opposed to horizontal. It's number 11 in this picture:
