Ride Height of Stocks
Hey there i just got AMR coilovers can someone please give me the ride height measurements of stock car.
I was thinking from bottom of center cap to fender. They told me they did a 2 inch drop but it feels a bit lower.
EVerytime i leave my driveway it scrapes a bit at the bottom so i was thinking to raise front .5 inch. You guys think that .5 inch makes a difference of signifnificantly helping me not bottom out.
The car is a 2002 honda accord coupe 4 cylinder.
Heres a pic of the whole car

Lol thanks for the quick reply.
It hurts when i hear that sound lol and i havent done my alignment yet because I just put in the coilovers a couple days ago.
Thats why i was thinking to change the hieght half an inch.
I was thinking it might not make a difference on the look but it can make a difference for the clearance atleast.

It does look good, you'll just have to take it easy on steep inclines... I have the same prob, finally after a couple of years I gave in and have been raising her up. Still working on that sweet spot. Speed bumps no matter how slow... were always my enemy.

Re: Ride Height of Stocks
OP raise the car up 0.5" or so and see it improves clearance enough.

Especially since you could have done it already. Thus answering your own question.

Just saying but who know's what his driveway or where he drives looks like? That car does have alot of extra car on each end compared to a civic.

OP if the car scraping bothers you then raise the car up. Its not that hard. 4-5 turns up on the coilovers and your set. If you dont feel comfortable doing the adjustment, then the shop that installed the coilovers should be able to in just a few minutes.
