What is the best suspension for NYC?

My country's street are closer to the condition of nyc streets. I want my car to stick on the road. Could you help?

You're going to have to compromise between spring rate, travel, and ride height. You should probably look for a mild drop at most and some rates that are a little stiffer than stock. use a rear swaybar and get summer tires if you are able to use them.
