Koni Yellow's from a EG into a '00 Sir will it work?
Hey guys I have a EG hatch with koni yellows not many km's on them at all. Hatch busted out on me and i was wondering if I can use my koni's on my new SiR?

Yes, but you'll need spacers for the rear lower mounts. Some steel collars or several thick washers should do the trick.

thanks guys, what is a good size washer to use and will this effect the shock in anyway? meaning would i just better to try to get a deal on a new set even though these are only a year old?

oh i see so they will fit on the front no problem but its in the rear where the problem is. They will still fit but it is a bad camber issue if i don't use these washers? would i be better off on getting somthing a little better for a set up?

He posted the wrong link; ignore everything you read there.
It has nothing to do with alignment. The rear damper fork is simply too large to fit tightly over the control arm bushing. It leaves a significant amount of space on each side, which can cause undue stress on the mount bolt and may make a lot of noise over bumps.

thanks guys... i am get mixed emotions about this and i'm thinking i might just have to bite the bullet and buy some new ones! car is mainly for street and maybe the track a time or two thru the summer.
