Re: coil overs vs lowering springs
Handling and comfort aren't dependent on whether or not you have a coilover sleeve or a spring. The spring rate of either item will dictate your comfort and performance.
Coilover sleeve: You get a choice in ride height, and with some quality coilover sleeves you get an option of spring rates.
Springs: It is seldom you get an option for rates, the market for name-brand springs is a little larger than coilover sleeves. You can essentially pick your rates by picking the right brand.
I recommend coilovers for the mere fact that you can make the driver's side a tad higher than the passengers so the car is better tuned/aligned for your weight in the car. My driver's side is about 1/8" higher than the passengers. I don't think any spring manufacturer tries to account for driver weight.
Vague post is vague. If you'd like more help you need to be more specific about the use of your car, your budget, etc.

I hate how lowering springs make the drop so un even and you cannot corner balance. Because my gas tank is on the drivers side my car sits much lower on that side then when I get in it, it appears as if a fat *** is driving.

Re: coil overs vs lowering springs
I got tein springs and im thinkin bout goin to ground controls because my car is 1/2" lower on the drivers side but wat i was wondering is will i catch better traction and take corners better with coil overs? My teins are super soft but they are so comfortable.

Hard = performance with less comfort.
Stiffer does typically mean better traction and better handling.
It's not a matter of whether or not you have coilovers. What does matter are the spring rates.
