36mm Axle Length Specs
So, majority of the day I have been researching what I can use for 36mm Axle Swaps.
Well, I just got back from the parts store and the numbers are in. All specs came from AutoZone (herein referred to as AZ), so use at your on discretion, I am not responsible for any mishaps.
1996 Integra w/ Manual Transmission
Driver: 22 1/8th
Pass: 23 1/2"
All of the following share the same spline count and 36mm Axle Nut's.
1997 Honda Prelude
Drive (Same as Type SH According to AZ): 22.813"
Passenger Base/SH: 24.750"
Type SH Passenger: 24 3/16ths
1992 Honda Prelude (Manual)
Driver: 23"
Pass: 24 11/16ths
1992 Honda Accord (Manual)
Driver 23 1/2"
Pass: 23.625"
96 Honda Accord (Manual)
Driver: 24.250"
Pass: 24.563"
2000 Honda CRV (Manual)
Driver 25.125"
Pass: 23.688"
It looks as though the closest that would work on paper is a '97 Prelude Base Driver and '97 Prelude SH Passenger. Being a difference of only .688" on the drivers and 5/16ths passengers.
I havent sat down and measured the inners and outters to all these for swapping them as I am looking for something drop in to the 36mm Knuckles.
Hope this helps someone.

Re: 36mm Axle Length Specs
I'm sure Raxles could make you something that is the correct length and not made from $8 Chinese sweatshop axle parts, most likely for about the same you would spend trying to cobble something together.
.688 is a huge difference. None of those work out on paper IMO.

Re: 36mm Axle Length Specs
I'd recommend giving Mike at InsaneShafts a call. He has the 36mm's and information needed. But also, on his standard 32mm axles I ran 651whp with no issues and they were under $400 for the pair.

Re: 36mm Axle Length Specs
^ I have no doubt those are great axles, but the weak point is always where the axles are confined by the hub size at 32mm in some cases at the hub entry point.
