Default GC custom spring rate question

im going to purchase the gc/koni shocks and coilovers for my eg but don't know what spring rate for the GC to go with. any sugguestions? im planning on drag racing, road racing, and of course its my daily driver. what rates should I have in the front and in the back also im going to have itr front and rear sways. thanks

your not going to be road racing a DD car, you might do DE with it though.


I'd go with the OTS rates GC suggests, i don't think you would need anything more then that.

The spring rates are different for every application. GC tunes them for each chassis and even will change them if you've done a motor swap. Best bet, give them a call and tell them your setup and they'll fix you up!

thanks for the responds..I just want to hit the tracks sometimes but also this car is my daily driver but thanks anyways
