function and form type 1s vs. progress coilovers vs. Blackworks coilovers
Ok, so i am rocking function and form type 1s right now. They're good, im not racing on the track or anything so they fit my daily driving needs, but i recently bumped into an offer for brand new blackworks coilovers SS series for like 550. I was wondering if anybody else had them? what is your input on it? i also heard progress is a good coilover for daily driving. which one would be the best for what you pay for? feel free to let me know about other coilovers that you know of which are good. thanks

Wait, you already are on ff1's and want to swap them out? You should grab a BWR subframe and a 24mm or larger sway bar instead.

I have heard great things about progress coilovers. Great longevity at a great cost. There is a sticky that is great when making a decision or simply researching quality coilovers.

I guess it works if your aim is to match your pink paint job to your suspension.

OP, spend the $550 to get your ***** relocated to your forehead. It'll do as much for your handling as the BW coilovers.

I have the Progress 77.1003 and they are good for DDing. I haven't been impressed with BWR products, including their coilovers. Progress is a good company and would fit you needs just fine for a daily driven car. BWR spring rates are wayy too high for comfortable daily driving. But that also depends how low you go. Slammed cars will ride like ****.

Seriously consider Koni Yellows with Ground Control sleeves. I have 450F and 350R rates and I LOVE how it rides. Firm but FAR from harsh.

Funny how you single me out when everybody has been giving you grief, with VIDEO no less.
If you read this thread
CLICK HERE all of you curious about suspension setups and their costs/reliability.
there would have been no need to even start this one.
