Fenders rolled, rubbing issue (tire sticks out?)
Hey Guys,
Ever since I got my fenders rolled and my new rims installed (15x8 +25 Offset on 195/45's) I've been experiencing some rubbing issues whenever I make left turns.
The issue is with my passenger side, the tire rubs like crazy on the fender. The tire for some odd reason sticks out, even when the steering wheel is straight. I got the car aligned and everything is within spec and it still does this (running -2° camber on all four corners). It could be the slightest left turn and it will rub, the same turn to the right and there's absolutely no rubbing.
Below are pics, so you can see what I mean by the tire sticking out. The driver side sits flush as it should without issues, but the passenger side sticks out past the fender and bumper.
Looking at it for a while, I noticed the front corner of the passenger fender is bent slightly inward, which may be causing some sort of illusion that the tire is sticking out and at the same time making the fender that much closer to the tire. I honestly don't know; this is my educated guess.
I'm making this thread in hopes that maybe someone could help me out with this and maybe shine a little bit of insight as to what might be the cause for this. Again, I got it aligned, thinking it could've been that, but it's been set to specs and it still looks like this and rubs only on left turns.

PASSENGER SIDE:
ALIGNMENT PRINTOUT (FRONT):
I appreciate any and all help you guys can provide.
Thanks,
Danny

Thanks for input. I have an appointment with the guy who rolled my fenders tomorrow. He'll be taking a look at it and see what it could be, if it indeed is the fender then he'll roll it and maybe straighten it without deforming it. I'll post back after tomorrow to see if the issue is fixed.

Your may have never been in an accident, but if the front body panels were upgraded, it was proly aligned poorly. From what Im seeing the whole front end looks slightly to the drivers side of car. Pay attention to all your gaps. Could be a combonation of things.

based on the fitment and alignment of the fenders matching up with the front bumper, it doesn't look OEM spec. Are you sure that either fenders/bumper may be aftermarket??

Re: Fenders rolled, rubbing issue (tire sticks out?)
Parts are all OEM Honda, the only reason why they are like that is because I'm missing the Foam from the Front Bumper Support, so the bumper sags a little.
I finally met up with the guy who originally rolled my fenders. He was able to roll the passenger side more, enough for it not to rub when I make left turns. However the tire still sticks out.
I have not had a chance to try a different wheel on the passenger side to see if it sits the same way - been really busy, but I will try to do it this coming Tuesday and report back.

maybe that one wheel is a different offset? happened to my friend somehow with his diamond racing wheels. one wheel was the same width, but different offset. i think it was by about 10mm and one side rub and he didnt find out the wheels werent the same until he noticed the rubbing. he contacted diamond racing and they sent him another wheel, said it was their mistake

I did take it to get that side rolled a little more and now it doesn't rub as much, but still sticks out a bit.
