Default Coilover sleeve ride height adjustments ???????

WTF, I'm turning the coilover sleeve left and then right and my ride height does not change !!! It was lowered on Sport springs by Neuspeed and now It's on Skunk2 coilovers, with my current setup , it's even heigher than it was with by Sport springs !!!

Am I right ? ... to lower the car, you turn the sleeve left to drop the spring ... Any suggestions ? I'm stuck.

wo man, not sure what your saying, but measure the available threads you have left on the collar, make your adjsutment then measure again, if you cant see the change visibly. This will tell you which way your heading.

If you make the collar higher on the sleeve, this will raise the car. If you make it lower on the sleeve, it will lower the car.

If your spinning the collar down on the sleeve, and the car isn't getting any lower, then you probably have the car resting on the bump-stops. Did the bump-stops get cut when you originally lowered the car? They should be 1" long at this point.

Also, are the springs seating properly on both the upper AND lower perch when you put the car back on the ground?

No, bump stops were not cut .. I just assumed that they were short enough (about 2 inches of bump stop). Also, on the Skunk2 box it says put the shorter spring up front and the longer in the back ... I did vice-versa thinking that doing like the box says will yeild in a higher back than front. So am I better off removing suspension and cutting the bump stops and stiching springs from front to back ???

WTF??? Springs don't really work like that. Put the correct springs where they go and you will have the proper ride height adjustment range. You can then set the ride height so it's higher in the back if thats how you want it. Thats the whole reason for getting adjustable sleeves in the first place...

And cut those bump stops in half (thats why the car won't go down)...

You misUnderstood me, I do not want a higher back than the front .. I want everything even. Other than the Bumpstops, what else should I cut or remove to make the ride lower ??

As long as you don't have the stock dust-covers on, trimming the bump-stops should do it...

The stock plastic dust covers can't fit over the new threaded sleeves. This means they will just crash into the sleeve and either sit on top, or simply break apart...
