Tein coilover strut replacement?
One of my rear struts is blown on my RSX and Tein's fix is for me to buy an entire new set of coilovers. I'm not sure if the guy I talked to was just trying to take me for a ride or what, but I am not buying a whole new set. There has to be another way. I'm sure someone on here has had the same issue and can give me some ideas as far as what I should do. It's not in dire need of replacement at this very moment, but I'd like to do something before it gets worse.

Re: Tein coilover strut replacement?
Those shocks aren't leaking and don't *look* blown externally. How did you determine they are blown? What's wrong with them?
If they are blown....Maybe consider buying a new system?
Flexes have LONG ago been replaced. That's why they can't sell you just one shock.
Tein's newer lineup is a huge improvement anyway. The new equivalent to your Flexes would be either Street Flexes, Or Flex A or Z. thmotorsports.com carries them.
Or consider something else. Bilstein, PIC, AMR, etc etc. Tons of good options out there.
