Re: ASR swaybar interferes with exhaust
What ASR sway bar are we talking about here? Is it the one shaped similarly to an OE sway bar, or is it the massive hollow bar that attaches to the rear chassis?

"Axle"?
You should just need an OE (that means 'originally supplied by Honda') exhaust or else an aftermarket that would fit, evidently.
Other options: remove rear muffler section and just put some steel tube in its place, or hit some dents in some exhaust to make the bar fit.
BTW there's no better exhaust for an EK than an OE EK9 one.

Is the sway bar installed and can you post a pic of it? I've heard that if you install the swaybar upside down it can interfere with the exhaust pipe.

secondly the bar is not installed bc it was going to interfere with the exhaust system so I left it off and its kind of hard to install upside down bc it has asr written on it and it must read correctly therefore it was going on in the correct direction so the only idea I can think of would be to make it a below axle exhaust but idk how that would work out and I am only lowered at most 2 in from stock

Re: ASR swaybar interferes with exhaust
Either one of two things need to be done you need to modify the bend in the exhaust so that it doesnt interfere with the asr or buy a new exhaust.I am a bit lost though because most exhausts have about the same bend in them and the asr usually works just fine without needing any modifications.

Re: ASR swaybar interferes with exhaust
So to be clear, the ASR touches the bent (of the exhaust tube) over the LCA, not the muffler itself?

Re: ASR swaybar interferes with exhaust
I just called the gentleman that I bought the exhaust off of and he said the axle back was from a coupe and I think that that is where the difference is on the whole set up but idk

Re: ASR swaybar interferes with exhaust
So should I try try and have the muffler itself bent to fit bc the b pipe has been cut and welded to fit the skunk2 bc I bought the whole system as one piece so idk what would be my best option I don't have much money to spend after dropping all that I did on the asr lca and sway-bar not to mention my mounts for my b series

Re: ASR swaybar interferes with exhaust
I can think of two ways to fix it the first is the correct way and that would be to cut off the exhaust flange where you bolted the axle back on or two would be to purchase a few exhaust flanges and bolt them up inbetween the two flanges you have now to push the exhaust back an inch but that isnt the right way to do things and it also depends on how much it needs to move.
