Alignment Specs
I am finishing up my suspension overhaul on my car and wanted to get your input on alignment specs that you are running. I searched but didn't find anything that I felt was very similar to my setup.
Here's a list of the mods:
-Koni/GC coilovers (450F/350R)
-Buddy Club front camber kit
-Buddy Club rear camber kit
-ASR brace with 22mm swaybar in the rear
-Oem Honda front sway bar (18mm? I forgot the size)
-All new ES bushings
-Buddy Club LCAs
-Oem rear toe links
-11.1" Prelude front rotors
-9.5" Si rear rotors
-Type-R front calipers
-99-00 Civic Si rear calipers
I think that is it for the most part. The car will see some track time but is not a "track-only" type of vehicle. It's more or less something that I can drive to the track, have fun, and drive home. So I don't think I am looking for any crazy camber or toe settings. Also this car is NOT my daily.
Just wondering if you guys could recommend a base set of alignment specs to start from.

Re: Alignment Specs
Camber
Front: -2.5*
Rear: -2.0*
Toe
Front: -0.01
Rear: +0.03
That should be a very stable setting. If you want more rotation lessen the rear toe in. A lot of people set it to 0, me personally didn't like the way it felt. The toe out up front is for better turn in.

Re: Alignment Specs
assuming this is a 88-00 civic...
way closer to zero camber. like 0 degrees will be great up front, -.5 in the rear
front toe 0
rear toe .5 to 0 degrees in
thats what you request.

Re: Alignment Specs
My suggestion to you is find a reputable race alignment shop. Preferably someone without a laser machine (don't tolerate tolerances). Talk to he or she about your use of the car and be honest about your skill level.
Have it corner balanced as well. Some may say that it's useless on the street but who cares, like you said some track days. That justifies it.
If you want to have fun simply do some gaming. Grab gran turismo and test and tune lol.

Re: Alignment Specs
If it will see any track time I strongly urge you to run 2.5* or 3* of camber in the front.
I've got 2* in the front now and would LOVE more but I'm waiting till next season for my suspension overhaul.
please don't run 0* if you had considered the other poster, no idea where that came from.
.5 toe in is a LOT in the rear, I run .05 rear in and the car is very tail happy even with 350/350 rates, 22mm F/R swaybars. Throttle lift is dangerous, lol.
Be sure to get it aligned with you in the driver's seat.
Of all the posters, I like FlewbyU's recommendations the best, pretty in line with my thoughts too. I'm thinking your car should be fairly neutral, and IIRC your stock front bar should be 22mm like mine.

Re: Alignment Specs
How can anyone recommend anything without even knowing what car this guy has. lol
Anyways here is factory toe specs for 88-00 Civics Sol's, & 90+ Tegs.
In millimeters:
- Front Total Toe = 0.00mm +/- 2mm
- Rear Total Toe = 2mm + 2mm /- 1mm (that means from +1mm to +4mm total)
In degrees:
- Front Total Toe = 0.00* +/- 0.16*
- Rear Total Toe = 0.16* + 0.16* / -0.08* (that means from +0.08 to +0.32)
