2000 EK civic scraping badly in elevated turning!
I have a Civic from 2000 and I have a problem where if i leave a driveway or a block, there are always bumps where you make a right into the main road. But It is scraping pretty badly. the tires are 205's! Is it possible that it hits the fender itself? I know the previous owner cut the bumpstop in half and he showed a picture of a OEM bumpstop? I cannot raise the front anymore aswell. The front has a 1 finger gap between wheel and fender. I have searched and i cannot find any similar topic

I cannot get a picture because it is sitting that low and I dont have a place to work at yet! But i want to switch it to a new setup in a few months, have to save some money first, but it doesnt give me a comfortable feeling genuinely. There are zero problems when on most roads, but entering my block for example its so tough. Is it common for EK chassis's to touch the fender when leaving driveways etc in the states? Roads r way different there, hard 2 compare

I feel like fender rolling shouldn't be a thing with 205's. I did hear that the fender plastic dust cover that is attached on the bottom of the fender, on the outside. That i should move that or something? It does sound like it is scraping plastic, there is no damage to the fender itself yet.

I read everywhere that cutting the bumpstop allows you to have the proper travel in a lowered car, but can the OEM struts/shocks have too much travel where it will/could **** you over in cornering? Every seems ot be vouching for it! On stock shocks that is

Problems like the one you describe are caused by mods that deviate from stock.

Yeah but it was bought like this bro. Im trying to fix this problem and i've done plenty of research before opening this topic. But either the language barrier is holding me back from finding the right info, or it just isn't a common problem which is why I started a thead. Need some help diagnosing and troubleshooting the issue and a possible fix. I just dont have the most knowledge regarding stock bumpstops and cutting it in half, if it could even cause these problems on a stock shock. Everyone is vouching for cutting OEM Bumpstops

What is the height from the wheel centerline to the wheel arch front and rear?
What is the actual tire size? Stating that they are 205s means nothing without knowing the overall tire height or wheel size.
