I do, with rsx-s calipers, 11.9" front and 11.2" rear on my 2000 civic.
the brakes are overkill. Went to a 1" master, removed abs, on stock pads and 20$ rotors i redrilled. also on 225/50/16 dunlop dirreza which are very sticky for street tires. The car weighs about 2300 with me and lock ups are WAY to easy. Even easy at 150km/h. next year im going back to a smaller master as this setup is just way too strong. anywhere below 100km/h it takes very little effort to lock although the car does stop faster than anything else i've ever driven. looks sexy too.

honestly in a lightened chassis the brakes are very overkill and most 15" wheels won't fit over the caliper. I would go with a slightly smaller rotor the next time around.

you need to make a set of custom mounting brackets and then fix them to the knuckle as rigidly as possible. My method was to machine the brackets to accept wheel studs, why not recycle your oem ones, and weld the wheel stud to both the knuckle and adapter bracket. I also welded the bracket to the knuckle around as many edges as possible. I inspected them after a year of a lot of abuse and they looked identical to the day i made them, my thinking is that even if the welds cracked there wouldnt be enough energy left to shear the wheel stud. The key is to keep even heat throughout both pieces while you weld, even still its a good idea to check them from time to time although the heat cycling from the brakes themselves should toughen everything overtime. The most pertinent questions of yours have been answered, but I also have the same front setup.

Rsx-s front setup (11.8") Fastbrakes rotors, Hawk HPS pads, Goodridge lines up front

Base RSX rear setup (same as EP3) 10.2" 02-03 rear rotors, RSX rear calipers, HPS pads, Goodridge lines

1" MC, Integra booster. Currently in a Del Sol but was on my EG before. Absolutely love them. Have even driven them in the winter on snow tires In the summer/spring/fall they are on my RE-11s. Havent had to do my front brakes in almost two years (daily driven)

I had my brackets milled and thats all i needed. In that picture those are S2000 caliper brackets (RSX brackets do not have curves, but either one will work) My calipers are S2000 but the brackets are RSX-S

And they fit perfectly under my 15" Motegi Traklites too

It was a long time ago but I believe I asked for 3mm to be taken off. No uneven wear or anything negative. Everything bolted up just had to push the dust cover back a little. no scraping noises or squeals works just like it rolled off the showroom floor with them.

Can't you use a small spacer behind the rotor rather then milling the caliper? I did that when I used ITR calipers with prelude rotors.

I guess you could but i cant and wont complain about how mine came out. Looked perfect and performed as such. The way i looked at it during that time was even washers could be a little off (at times no two washers are the same thickness) so i wanted a clean, sure fitment. Yeah it cost me $110 but it was all worth it.

im currently running some ssr's type c 15x6.5 not sure the offset thou but im not so sure they will clear just by looking at them

like mentioned not many will clear. I have had a small amount of success browsing the s2k and rsx forums. i found about 5 different wheels that people claim will fit, unfortunately i didn't record them

has anyone tried using 11.1 instead of 11.8 with rsx-s/s2k calipers and run 15's wheels? or do u NEED a 11.8 rotor to use these calipers?

In order to do that you'd use the VW Corrado 11.1 rotors (Or the Fastbrakes 11.1 but i would have to verify that) with the S2k/RSX-S caliper brackets and calipers BUT you have to use the smaller Civic knuckles (the ones with the 9.5" brakes)

Many people (some H-T, others 'round here) have used setups similar to this. But you can also run the ITR setup that will fit under stock 15" too

You need to run 11.8. If you wish to run 11.1 just use ITR/Accord/Prelude calipers.

I'm running 11.8" brakes with NA2 calipers + brackets on my R. I never really got to drive it too much before storing the car, so I can't comment.

Different in which way? Besdies the hub, which has a different spacing and 5 lug than the 4 lug non-R Integras there isnt any differencs (which is why its brackets are not milled (so if you found the 23T brackets the R uses, you wouldnt need to mill/space. the 25T and 28T brackets found on Accords, Legends and Preludes would need to be milled/spaced)

The 11.1 R setup can use any of the above caliper setups, and can use the NA Nsx calipers (smaller dual piston) and Legend GS (larger caliper). Ive used the GS setup and its ok (the loaded caliper with bracket weighs in at 17 pounds, while the R/Accord/Prelude weighs in at 13.5, the s2000/RSX-S setup at 9.5 lbs) The NSX ones are very close to the GS version in terms of weight, but the caliper casting is more rigid and uses smaller pistons in its caliper than the GS (so it should be lighter)

Accord Wagon 91-97, Accord V6 95-97, Prelude VTEC 93-96, Acura CL/TL various years up to 2003 (check for accuracy) there is a brake FAQ that has the information more accurate, but those four vehicles along with the 97-01 Type R uses this caliper but only the R has the bracket that requires no spacer/milling

oh. for some reason i thought the type r had a larger axle to go along with the 5lug hub, and i don't think there is any way to fit the larger bearing in the regular knuckle so i just assumed they got their own knuckle.

98 spec JDM ITR uses a larger axle (36mm nut). All other ITRs use normal 32mm nut axles.

Each one of these setups fit over 15" wheels. Even the OEM wheels (Fat Fives, SI, LS meshies, Blades)

each one? does this mean the 11.8 s2k too? cause so far i've only seen 16 inch wheels over this and just a handful of 15's
