Gen5 Honda City at In-N-Out San Diego

Spotted this little guy while sitting in line at the In-N-Out near the Naval Base. Has anyone else seen one in the states? Completely took me by surprise.

I've seen about 3. They sell them in TJ/Mexico along with the GD3 Honda Fit with JDM bumpers (I guess that's stock to them so...MDM?). Lucky them.
