1996 Acura Integra LS misfires on cylinder 1 and 3
I got a check engine light on and the codes read misfire on cylinder 1 and 3. What would cause this? I went to my friend repair shop and they clear the codes. They say if it come back on again then it's the distributor. The only thing I did were to change out the spark plugs to NGK Platinum. Sure enough the codes came back on again. I had it clear the second time at another shop that replace my cat and o2 sensor. Still it came back on again after 2 days of driving it.
When the car is at a light I'm getting a rough idle.

If the only thing you did was change the plugs then that has to be your issue. Those plugs should be torqued to 13lb ft with a gap of .044 of an inch. NGKs come pre-gapped though. Check the plug wires as well and make sure they are securely pressed in.

I torqued the spark plugs to the 13 lbs ft and check the gap on it as well. I still have the check engine light on. When I was at the light the check engine light were flashing. What does that mean?
