So I bought a pair of 98 Civic OEM outer tail lights from this kid back in January 24th of this year.
He finally shipped them on on January 31st......I receive the tail lights on February 6th.
Open the box take them out the single padded UPS envelopes he put each one of them in.
The first light I pull out is broken.....second light broken as well.
I right away take pics and text them to him:

Did the seller insure the package?
I have always included insurance with my many dealings here and on other sites.

Sammy, you should get refunded, hopefully you filed a claim already.

Seller, issue the refund and move on. Use this as a learning moment.
1: Always properly package items, that packaging isn't going to protect contents with the way freight companies handle packages these days.
2: Always spent the extra money and purchase insurance, covers both parties.

Hopefully you guys get things worked out and come to a resolution.
