Default SCAM?

OK, here's the deal, i got Steve's full name, addy, phone #, and made a deal with him for an itr intake mani/tb and sent him the $. several days later he says he can't deliver, and that he'll refund my $. OK, no prob. so he send it back with paypal, and it's there for a while- like a month. then paypal removes it without asking, and says that it's because it might be from fraudulent sources. my gripe is that since paypal says if they find someone guilty of taking my $ without sending something, and the guilty party has insufficient funds in his/her account to cover it, paypal won't charge his/here credit card or withdraw from his/her bank account to cover me, so i have to pursue legal recourse against the person myself. the double standard is that if money was put into my acccount by someone else fraudulently, paypal removes it from my account before notifying me, thus rendering me personally resposible again for taking legal action against the fraud. however, paypal will not give me any personal info which they have with which to pursue legal action, even after they find the other party guilty. my point, as many already know, is that unlike escrow.com, billpoint, bidpay, ebay, and other services which allow private parties to accept credita card payments, paypal does nothing ever to help it's users when they've been scammed. below is the email they sent me, and my failed attempts to contact Steve Mancuso at 2 of his AOL email addresses. I am posting this since i know others to have had similar dealings with him, and am warning them that if their $ was refunded by paypal, to **** paypal and transfer all funds from paypal accounts in to bank accounts or credit cards, and promptly change banks and credit cards so that paypal cannot access them. as soon, if ever, i resolve this with paypal, i will never touch their **** service again, and recommend that everyone else take their business elsewhere at least until paypal becomes interested in better serving their clients.

OK, he lives in Orlando, FL. anyone wanna pay him a visit? i have his address and #. his family seems very nice- i've spoken to his father and brother- so i'm not asking for a hitman. i just want to let him know that i know where to find him, and that if it comes down to it, his family can be involved as well. if anyone helps and ever needs similar help in metro Detroit, i'm here. thanks.
