ok first of all, when i 1st received the rims...
they came bubble wrapped only. no box or anything so the shipment of it was unsecured and unstable.
due to the way it was packaged, fedex actually lost 1 of the 4 rims.
also seller said they were only dirty, but was damaged as well and said he would refund me some money if I received the 4th rim.
turns out fedex couldnt find it, and the seller started a claim with fedex to give him payment of the lost rim.
so i ask the seller for his account # or rma # to send the rims back.
he completely ignores that i asked them that and says that fedex is waiting on me to send them a paper to give him the money on the claim, but i had talked to fedex prior and they said that claims are only done between them and the shipper.
so i ask him for his phone # and try reaching him at multiple time periods of the day and never get an answer, and i left a voicemail.
so far no answer to my last email as well.
i really just want my money back already as well as get rid of these rims. since they are discontinued and not made in the usa its really hard to find another rim to use as a replacement.
its been almost a month already, nothing i could use and im down $600.
i really want this resolved asap since i really need my money back.
i also have pictures of the damage on the rim, the way it was shipped, and a screenshot and link to the listing he created of them.
if the seller is reading this please refund me my # already and give me an rma or account # so i can ship them back. I already have them packaged and ready to be returned.

Once the claim is filed with FedEx they will reimburse for any damage and for the lost rim/tire, and the shipping; at that time I will gladly have you send them back to me for a refund. However, in the meanwhile please contact FedEx to continue the claim process that you began so we can get the ball rolling again.

Ok I will contact Fedex yet again, but point is that has nothing to do with my money and I'm being put on hold for nothing.
The claim is so YOU get your money for the missing rim/tire plus the shipment costs, NOT me.
Which either if they send you the money or not, it has NOTHING to do with my $600.
The rims still would have to get shipped back to you and give me a refund.
So I'm out $600 for about a month already for something that had nothing to do with me and if things would of been done the right way, it would have never happened in the 1st place.
So yet again I ask you, send me an Account # or RMA # so i can finally return the rims/tires that are doing nothing but taking up space.
Then give me my $600 back. Its simple.

yeah i can vouch for that man to! He goes away from honda tech sometimes.. Give him some time and when he sees this he will chime in and get you all settled away man. i dont think the rims only being bubble wrapped got them lost....

Yeah, he'll try his best to get this sorted.
Sounds weird that fedex couldn't find the rim, it has to still be in the system somewhere. It's possible it could still pop up.

im sure fedex will locate the rim, if it comes unstrapped they put it aside and it can sit there for weeks, once a claim is made they will look for it but its gonna take time, i used to deliver for fedex

I have bought rims from him.. hes a good seller I can vouch for him.. I got mine in like 2 days and they came bubble rapped with no damage or problems.

hey talked to fedex yet again, and finally they said they would ship the rims. they picked them up today. heres the tracking # 997033150631081
also asked about the claim. said they are waiting for a fax back from you, but the guy said after reading that, he thinks the # is wrong. said the fax # stated was 222-222-2233. so yea, i doubt thats your number. please call them back to give them your correct fax so you can finish the process.
talked 2 people on honda-tech, and they all said your a good seller. so that called me down a lot.
please hurry up on getting this done, i really need the money back.
