UPDATE
The guitar and accessories are all sold since I was given an offer more than I planned on getting and couldn't refuse it.
Amp is still up for sale.
I am looking for $175-200 for it since it's in amazing shape. I found this site, the dude's selling it for $150 and it looks like crap compared to mine.
