hey this little punk is scaming me for 25$... yah that's quite a huge chunk -scartistic- he sold me a arm which can other be refer as forks or horseshoe... well he sent me upper control arms.... and now he doesn't want to give me my money back even if i send him the upper control arms back.... don't ever buy from him expecially with his signature says all sales are final take it or leave it.... he even told me sold as is.... so that refering as selling you a part and giving you another part and saying it's fine cuz it's sold as is or all sales are final... i think this is bull shiet

i think you didn't make it clear... Arm's are arm's.. either Lower or Upper control arms.

If you wanted a fork.. you should have said so.

You being the buyer should make it clear what you're buying.

I have never heard anyone refer to a Shock Fork as an "arm".

Sorry dude.. even some shops sell items as FINAL SALES.. does it mean they're ripping you off? I don't think so, Like I said before... YOU just need to make sure of what you're buying.

ima vouch 110 percent for brian on this one, i talk to the dude almost every day and plan on buying alot more stuff from him. how the **** can you mistake a shock arm for a ****** fork.
im pretty sure honda doesn't make a part called "fork" give me a break, do some ******* research before you go out and blow your weekly allowance on a part you know nothing about, and by the way,he is neither little or a punk, but rather a very honest business man. careful not to write checks your *** cant cash bud.

honestly, one can only help others soo much before they are taken advantage comes. i understand where he is coming from when he says all sales are final. it starts to cost him money for other peoples mistakes. not the way to do things.

Well You asked for A arms and GOT A arms. So what's the problem? If you wanted a strut fork ask for a strut fork. However in that post Brain linked us to your asking for A arms. So I believe you guys have a miscommunication. So if you ask nicely he may help you in an exchange or a refund if any. If you bitch about it I really think your out of luck.

I'm with Brian on this one. He's always gotten me the things I've needed exactly the way he says they were. You got what you asked for. That's your fault if you misunderstood

Yep, Brian is a good guy and seller. I think the bad was on the buyers part in this one. Shoulda asked for the shock fork.

You got the part you asked for. What are you bitching about? It's not this guy's fault you didn't know the correct term. If you don't know the name of the part you need, do a little research.

its $25, put them on ebay or sell them to someone else. not his fault to fix what you positively ordered. should of done some research before you did.

I think you need to think about this for minute here. Is it really worthwhile for someone, Brian in this case, to scam you or anyone else for $25? Let's also consider that shipping is somewhere between $5-10. That means he's getting only $15-20 for part. Subtract his cost of part, & he's probably only making couple dollars out of transaction. Is it even worth it for him to ruin his good reputation for such small change?

I have bought over 7000 dollars worth of parts off brian, and I talk to him almost everyday. He is a good guy..and his business ethics are excellent, as many people can vouch to that. Just cuz you didnt know what you were buying , dont try to label my friend as a scammer.
