I have a MINT, probably in NEW condition dark grey leather steering wheel with bright red stitching removed from a 96-00 JDM Civic SiR EK4. There isn't anything wrong with the wheel. Bolts up to 96-00 Civic.

Diameter (outer edge to outer edge) is approximately 14.5 inches.

has a bit of a gap at the top portion of the leather where it is stitched, nothing to worry about and is still very tight!
