Default J-Series in a RWD road racing configuration?

Hello, I was curious if anyone could help me with feedback or information. Im looking into my options for engines for my hillclimb/road racing car and the J series has really piqued my interest. I have read 2 articles now about how the J35Z6(if I remember correctly) is the basis for the P2 ALMS Honda cars so it seems like the block and heads/valvetrain are a good start. The stock cams, rods and pistons will probably need to be replaced with something more appropriate but is there a reason why 7-800hp could not be made with this block and heads(drysump will be used)? Is anyone making this kind of power with this motor? I tried doing some searches but not getting a lot of good data. Any bearing, oiling, or valve train, cylinder wall issues I need to keep an eye out for?

Working with a c32 making similar power in the same application leads me to believe its possible. Would use the c series if it was more compact, lighter, and more affordable.

Thanks,
Grant
