Re: The Official Formula 1 2017 Season Thread
he's working on the '17 car and has turned up at some races lately while they start testing parts for next year
"He's excited by the regulation change for '17 so he's splitting his time between the two projects," said Red Bull team principal Horner.
"Once the Aston Martin project is into a detailed design phase, he tends to stand back at that point.
"He's very much about the concept, about the aerodynamics, about the layout of the car.
"He's very heavily involved obviously in the '17 car as well."

Re: The Official Formula 1 2017 Season Thread
I still can't believe there won't be a German F1 race, considering the constructors champion is a German brand and current drivers champion is also German. sad...

Not to mention the spectacle is significantly diminished with the current turbo-hybrid era.
Plus what Tim said. Germans have juan over 50% of the titles available since Schumacher juan his first. (12/23 to be exact)

The Mercedes driver said one of the defining moments of this year's championship was his victory in Japan, where Hamilton finished third after a poor start.
"The changing moment was Suzuka for me, when all of a sudden had a 33-point lead and that meant that it was in my hands," Rosberg said.
"It's mine to lose, because it was enough to do a second, second, second, and third or whatever.

Kimi had to battle and get lucky to win a championship at Ferrari Button got handed a championship based on loopholes in the rules about rear diffuser, just how do you figure Button would do better than Kimi?
