Default How to: Replace '95 GSR front wheel studs?

I need to replace a front wheel lug nut stud on my 1995 GSR. I have taken the caliper and rotor off before. I just purchased a socket to remove the axle nut.

Once I remove the axle nut will the hub come off or will I have to get a puller of some sort? Will this require the replacement of the wheel bearing? Any help is appreciated. Thanks

The best thing to do is pull the steering knuckle and bring it to a machine shop to press out the hub/bearing. You have to seperate the upper and lower ball joints. You can have the machine shop put in the studs. You might as well replace the bearing while your at it. HTH
