PCI (Pro Car Innovations) 93 Civic HB Race Car

CHASSIS: 1993 HONDA CIVIC HATCH BACK.
The chassis has been completely stripped down, all sound deadening removed. All major seams have been closed and spot welded for increase chassis stiffness.

PAINT: epoxy sprayed grey inside and out. Black ppg dual stage outside body panels.

ROLL CAGE: custom weld in 8 point 1.5” .120 wall DOM scca certified roll cage.

WEIGHT REDUCTION: All unnecessary brackets,tabs, bolts have been removed. Front lower radiator support has been removed and replaced with a PCI bolt on lower radiator support which bolts to the tow hook holes for increased ground clearance, better fluid cooler mounting and locating, and ease of maintenance. Custom front and rear 1.5” tube bumper supports with tow hooks.

ELECTRONICS: All unnecessary wiring and electronics have been removed (about 65%) Using the factory harness, from the ground up has been completely rebuilt with dash mount fuses circuit breakers and bosch relays. Uses SPA dual digital gauges oil press/oil temp fuel press/water temp. Working head lights high/low beam. Working windshield wipers slow/fast. Push button start.

SUSPENSION/BRAKES: 2000 acura integra front and rear suspension and steering rack, front lower suspension bulk head has had all seems stich welded for increased stiffness, then black powder coated. Custom 1.25” od 3 piece front/rear torsion type sway bars. Custom PCI front upper control arm 8 deg caster 1” plus suspension travel. Adjustable rear tow link and upper arms. PCI lower spherical rear trailing arm bearings and lower control arms. PCI front bronze bushing kit. Front lower extended ball joints. Fast track two piece front rotors/type r calipers.

WHEELS: Team racing dynamic pro race 1 bronze wheel set

ENGINE: B18C benson sleeved block .025 over ctr pistons. Fully balanced. B16A head with super tech springs and retainers, high compression valves. type r manifold and throttle body. Buddy club 4 cams, adjustable cam gears. 310 cc injectors. Dual fuel pump with with external fuel pump and filter. Stainless tri y header with light weight custom 20ga stainless exhaust and burns stainless muffler. Hondata s300 ecu.

INTERIOR: Recaro SPG hans seat with Custom PCI side mount and welded floor mount brace. Shroth 5 point harness. PCI driver side floor plate. Custom laser cut and etched electronics dash panel. PCI b series high mount billet shifter kit. Custom PCI steering column with 1.5 : 1 steering quickner.

AERO: PCI rear race spec wing with SPMS p1 wing element. PCI race spec side skirts. SPMS/PCI custom front splitter with fiber glass SPMS air dam. Fiberglass vented hood. PCI rear diffuser.

I have the remains of my Honda-Challenge racecar. This was built to NASA spec and raced in 2008-2010 in West Coast, SoCal H2.
Details are listed below, with lots of pictures with my phone (sorry for bad resolution).
What is listed is what is included, nothing less nothing more.

Car used to have B16A2, weighing in at 2250lbs with driver
As is, car weighs in at 1700 lbs

CONS:
• Last race in 2010 car was in a small incident (all damage is shown in pictures)
o Minor body work, but will require a frame check/straightening

• Car is almost complete with all the busy work, great place to start for a track car or race car build
• Choose your suspension and brakes of choice, add your powerplant and you are ready

2000 Honda Civic EX Coupe. It was built for road course HPD events and/or NASA Time Trials. I drive it fairly regularly on the street. I am also including a 1999 Honda Civic Hatchback roller, see below

2000 EX coupe chassis
-was involved in minor incident and had to replace the front bumper, hood, headlights, front core support, bumper support, and radiator, so all that is new and good, done earlier this year with all brand new parts, hood and bumper need to be painted.
-a few dents here and there, and paint had flaked off on passengers door and has been covered with silver vinyl. Overall the body and paint are not in bad shape.
-has aftermarket headlights.
-CTR style urethane front lip.
-door handle broke last winter on passengers side, replaced with brand new rear door handle so there is no key hole, needs to be painted.
-side and rear windows are tinted.

K20a2 6 speed swap from 2004 Acura RSX, runs strong and doesn't smoke or burn a bit of oil. Mobile synthetic used every 3k miles. Transmission shifts great and has been changed regularly.
-crank was inspected for wear and bearings were replaced earlier this year
-R-Crew header with 2.5" merge collector
-R-Crew black fuel rail
-Aeromotive FPR with stainless braided fuel lines and AN fittings
-Hasport K-Swap Mounts
-KTuned V2 Billet TPS
-Aluminum dual core radiator
-simple intake piping
-Hondata K-Pro with full custom tune
-custom full 2.5" exhaust, no cat, 2.5" resonator, Burns Stainless 2.5" short can race muffler, and Car Chemistry 2.5" silencer to meet sound requirements at Atlanta Motorsports Park.
-Walbro 255lhp fuel pump
-New set of RSX Base axles installed last week

Suspension/Brakes
-P.I.C. Performance Select coilovers
-GSR spindles, rotors and calipers, currently with a standard street pad, replaced lower ball joints and hub bearings earlier this year
-complete brake flush done after each track event and filled with Super Blue race brake fluid
-stock front sway bar
-P.I.C. Performance RR Rear Lower Control Arms
-adjustable front upper control arms
-recently replaced all suspension bushings
-stainless braided brake lines
-brand new RSX base axles
-all hub bearings in good shape with no play, suspension is solid and holds alignment well

Interior/Misc
-partially gutted interior, no carpet, no rear seats, no rear side panels, no rear deck panel.....dash and front door panels full intact with working power windows and working factory sunroof
-UKDM Civic SiR gauge cluster
-Kirk Racing 6 point bolt in roll cage, fits tight against pillars and roof
-DC integra cloth passengers seat
-currently has Kirkey Aluminum 20 degree road race seat with padded cover and Sparco 5 point camlock harness
-6k HID Kit

Will come with 15x7.5" bare aluminum Kosei K1 wheels with Hossier R6 slicks and a set of mesh style 15" street wheels with street tires
also will include Willwood 2-piece rotors (need new steels) and 4 piston calipers, fits 15" wheels
I can arrange for it to be painted by a friends shop at a great discount if interested as well.

Will also include a 1999 Honda Civic Hatchback Roller. Front bumper was cut for factory style fog lights but they are missing, also comes with older carbon fiber hood with cracked gelcoat, still structurally strong and includes pins. I was going to move everything from the coupe to the hatch to save some weight and make it easier to carry slicks and other things. The car does need some body work, but it looks pretty good. Interior is basically complete minus, seats, and headliner. The sound deadening has been removed, but thin carpet layer is still in tact.

This car has done me well in TT and HPD events. I use it for instructing as well. It drives great on the street, plenty of power, good fuel mileage and runs excellent at the track as well. I have ran it at Atlanta Motorsports Park, Roebling Road Raceway, Carolina Motorsports Park, Road Atlanta, Atlanta Motor Speedway Road Course, Barber Motorsports Park. I am selling cause it just currently doesn't fit my needs and I need some extra money at this time in life.
