AC remaval, evaporator case replacement?
I am mostly finished with the removal of the ac system, but am not sure what to do about the evaporator. I pulled it out, but now it seems as though I won't have use of the heat. And I wan't to keep the heater. Should
I just gut the evap case, or is there a part I can buy, I searched here but cant find a non-ac part.

Yes, you replace it with a heater blower duct for a non-A/C model.

you can also remove the evaporater from the box and rivet some aluminum over the holes in the outside of the box, thats what i did

In addition, when you install it, I would suggest putting a screen over the side of that heating duct...the furthest away from the blower. Otherwise, it will blow tiny things like seeds from trees and little crap in your face when you turn the blower on high.
