Well i've got a new roof from the junk yard, i just need to pull the skin off and transfer it over. Should I rent a spot welder? or Mig it back on and use seem sealer? Or is it possible to just use rivits? i also have the spot weld remover bit.

the spot welder isnt going to help you once you drill out the spot welds on the used roof, unless you do it from back side. I would drill them out from the back and use the spot welder you will get a much better and more professional job. then seam seal the roof. The panel bonding adhesive I would not use on the roof. There is a reason it was welded on from the factory. You want to make it just like it was OEM or a little stronger.
