Default Hump in floorboard.

I bought a 95 civic for a beater. Runs fine, but upon further inspection I found some issues. Little bit of floorboard rust,a hump in it, and looking under it the rail running under the floorboard is what pushed it up. I'm guessing this is my frame rail, does this automatically mean the car is trash? Will post pics in the morning.

Hopefully this works. Edit..you'll have to copy and paste the link. I would hate to have to scrap the car.

Does the other side look like that?
Does the metal look kinked in a way it's not suppose to?

That's the conclusion I'm coming to, if you looked at the pics what do you think? Could I straighten it? Or is it a lost cause?
