Here are some updated shitty iphone 4s pics i took of how the car sits and some of my fav new additions that i love.

Old shifter

New shifter

If you look at the old shifter they have added some brash washers. As Quamen mentioned earlier they had some major play and I'm hoping this will solve that problem.

They have also added brass washers here as well to make up for the play. I hope to get this and my new Mil-Spec harness thrown on tonight and will keep those with the sikky kit updated.

My old harness loomed in the Nylon braided loom- Does not come with a Cannon plug disconnect - What we call a CM1 harness. Goes directly from the motor to the ECU like stock

The Mil-spec harness comes loomed in the Raychem DR25 high heat and diesel fuel resistant heat shrink and individual sensor labeling. It will also come with the Mil-Spec cannon plug quick disconnect

The original harness was only used for mock up and testing. No sense in using the expensive loom ad cannon plug for mocking up and testing

here is a picture of the individual sensor labeling

here is a quick picture i snapped with the iphone while we were taking better pictures with the sweet nikon d5100

Spec 3+ with Aluminum Flywheel, and Spec throwout bearing, off with the spec stock stuff and on with the Sikky quick bleeder and line adapter.
Sorry for the crappy Iphone 4 pics I hope chase from Chasebays or Danny from assaultech will bring one of their nice camera so we can get some better pics for you guys.

If you have any questions let me know

Thanks,
Logan

I was running the stock G35 radiator for the time being with no problems on cooling the LQ9 but wanted to gain some room to play around with piping for a single turbo application. I used a chasebays tucked radiator designed for the g35 LSX swap. This radiator is a dual pass and i ordered mine with both inlets and outlets -16AN.

Since i am still waiting to have a single turbo hot/cold side made up - (waiting in line for the local fab expert) i decided ill put a heavy wet shot on to tide me over. I swapped from the 102mm to the 92mm because i wouldnt loose any HP and i was having a weird idle issue this solved it right away.

I also hated the fact that for HP tuners i had to go back to my tuner to change any little things that i wanted done. So i switched to the Haltech Platnium sport 2000. With the milspec harness that i have it was easy to just pop off the back half of harness that connected to the stock GM ECU and swap it for haltech plugs.

here's an article where hotrod magazine takes a junkyard core truck engine and runs up the boost on it past 1200hp. stock shortblock, off-shelf cam, some head porting, aftermarket intake. thats it. well two big ebay turbos lol.

article talks about it being a 5.3L but if you read to the engine you'll see they realized it was actually a 4.8L

Yeah...the LSx engines are modular from GM for those that don't know. You can put together a 500hp powerhouse using the iron truck blocks and bits and pieces from other engines for less than the price of a B18c5. These motors are ridiculously capable and super compact. They're not as heavy as people think either. With LS1's getting cheap as ever, you can even have a full aluminum block that is still plenty capable. I'm making 578whp512tq on my LS6 right now and it's as reliable as a 1.6 stock single cam.

To the OP...that swap is REAL nice in that car....good job bro. I didn't happen to catch it though...what actual tranny did you use, T56?
