Clean title, never laid down. If you want a 07-08 600RR (IMO, the best year of the 600rr, and 600cc super sports as a whole), this is about as good as it gets.
I purchased this 2008 Honda CBR600RR with 4780 miles from its 2nd owner in February 2015. He purchased it from the original owner in the summer of 2014, but only rode it a handful of times because he never got his motorcycle endorsement.
It’s been my daily driver since the week I purchased it and now has 63xx miles as of 6/20/2015. It is an as good a shape as you can expect, and clearly spent most of its life inside and under cover. Mechanically perfect, cosmetically it’s in great shape as well 9.5/10. The previous owner had installed flush mount turn signals, and a rear tail tidy.
Within a week of purchasing the bike I removed the mint OEM fairings (Red/Black scheme), boxed them up and installed a set of custom Auctmarts fairings (Black with the tank and lower fairing logo in red). Before installing the aftermarket fairings I washed, clay bar’d, polished and sealed (KLASSE products) them.
I have performed the following maintenance since purchasing:
New tires (Pilot Road 3) @ 48xx miles. Mounted and balanced by Gables Honda
Chain cleaned and lubricated /w Chain wax @ 48xx mi, @ 50xx, 54xx, 59xx, 62xx, 65xx miles
Vortex Black Swing arm Spools @54xxmi
Brake fluid flush and bleed /w Motul RBF 600 @ 54xx mi
Coolant flush and bleed /w OEM Honda coolant @54xx mi
Oil Change /w OEM Honda oil filter and synthetic oil @54xx mi
Rear brake MC replaced /w new OEM @ 56xx mi.
Asking price $6500 obo, and includes the OEM fairings. I’m not willing to separate them. Does not include the pit bull rear stand pictured. I will need cash in my hand before any test rides take place.
