side marker issue
okay so i just installed my side markers today and they dont blink in unison, ive got one wired to the red and one to the green on my turn signal, when the turn signal blinks, my marker doesnt, so they take turns blinking and it looks RETARDED so how do i fix this? i want them to illuminate and blink with the corresponding signal, would that be black and red? or black and green?

Re: side marker issue
You have each wire hooked up to the positive wire of each filament of your front corner/turn signal bulbs. You need to hook up one wire to the power wire of your turn signal filament (can't tell you which one, use a multimeter to figure it out), and the other wire to the ground wire or to body ground.

Re: side marker issue
okay ive done my searching and i just wired it how its supposed to be, just not how i want it, i wired one wire into the black (ground) and the other in green, the turn signal one and so now it wont turn on when my lights are on but it will turn on whenever i signal, is there any way to make it turn on AND signal?

Re: side marker issue
Yes, put it back the way you had it.
However, it will only flash at the same time as the signal when the parking lights are off. When the parking lights are on, the sidemarkers will also come on, but will flash alternately from the turn signals. That's just how it works.
To make it work like how you want it would take some complicated logic circuitry that would change the input the sidemarker gets depending on if the turn signal is activated or not, when the parking lights are also on.
