The power wire goes under the positive battery wire and then over it onto the terminal. I had slack on te wire so I tried to minimize going that route instead of straight to the battery. The rest harness is kinda bunched by the coolant bottle and the battery. Maybe this is causing the. Problem? I'll post pics later I'm at work now. Do u have a 8th gen si? How did u run the harness?

I was thinking, could the positioning of the ballast cause this in any way? Mine are right under the headlight by the adjusting screw

Hey guys just got my setup today. This will be my first retrofit Coming of a 09 Dodge Charger hid version. I can use as much tips or guidance as possible. If anyone wants to pm some major advice (THAT WOULD BE AWESOME!) Projector has this mini motor mounted with a red & black wire and a metal piece blocking half of the projector inside. What is that?

I'm taking I just hook up those wires to my factory hi beam harness? Also has a manual buttom behind the motor. When I have a bulb inside the projector and press it. The lights cut off disapears and widens.

Here are the pics joon joon. If u can show me how u ran ur harness i would really appriciate it. If i cant resolve this im thinking of going straight from my stock harness to the ballasts.

try running all that wiring down that loon where the radiator cap is.. that wiring goes to the front of the car and u should still be able to have the harness reach the ballasts...

Ill def give that a try and see what happens. U said u mounted ur ballasts in the fender well, what did u use to mount them? Double sided tape? If so how is it holding up so far? i have 2 screws holding down my ballast on each side and rather use tape just incase thats what is causing the noise

Edit: and exactly where did u mount the ballast to? the actual fender?

The denji projector is 3" but that doesn't mean u could put a 3" hid projector in... I've talked it over with people and there just isn't room to put them in... that's y I settled on 2.5 in projectors... I'm selling my denjis with rx330 projectors
