Icon2 HID blinkers?
I recently saw an undercover with a charger and he had HID blinkers on it. Is this legal in New York for a driver to have on their car?

not hids they are leds..

Ohh never could tell the difference haha but anyways, are they legal cause i wouldnt mind putting those leds on my car.

they have pnp led bulbs but its not the same.. itll be brighter but not as bright as theirs.. i make my own led boards so i control the brightness
