EG headlight disassembly and retrofit question
Okay, I'm doing a retrofit right now on my JDM eg headlights (plastic) and having a little problem. Anyway I'm trying to remove the reflector but the two adjusting screws and one bolt are holding it in. How the hell to I remove these things. Been trying since yesterday. Also I'm using Infiniti FX45 projectors with the self leveling mechanism, has anyone got this to work in there retrofit? Thanks in advance.

I already got the lens off. That was the easy part. I can't figure out how to remove the reflector because it's held into the base by the adjusting screws. Anybody know?

I've never disassembled the EG headlamps, but on my MK4 Jetta, the lens is secured to the adjusting screws by a sort of ball-and-socket setup, and it pops out if you use a bit of force. It may be similar on the Civic.

I eventually came to a conclusion that that's what I'm going to have to do. I'm gonna work on it tomorrow and let you guys know.

EM2 headlights are ball and socket as well...just remember to pull out the reflecter carefully as I damaged one socket...
