Thanx man. I'm not sure exactly which year it is. 2004 maybe?

No problem but i also was meaning, regular WRX or STi? As well as year. Still pretty impressive either way no matter which one it is.

Sounds good.

I love boosted stock LS motors, they take a beating and ask for more!

Are wrx;s modded that much really only that fast? The teg is fast, but is seems that with mods on the rex that is should be faster? Someone please explain.

I tried watching the vid last night at home but it didn't load for me.

Was the race from a dig? Comparing all those mods it seems the WRX would spank the integ. Unless the WRX owner can't drive or he isn't tuned right. Either that, or the teg is a beast!

I need specific numbers and brand of the mods. UTEC is meh, not up to par with other EMs.

Stage 4 usually mean the works (last stage of upgrading). Big turbo, injectors, pump, uppipe, headers, rails, pulleys, fmic, tbe, em...etc iirc

He should be pushing around/close/+- to 400whp.

From what I can tell the wrx owner was not pleased with his tune. It pretty much has the works...all the normal upgrades that go along with a larger turbo and all. He said the turbo is a little larger than a VF34. Also they did race from a dig in the vid a number of times and the teg took him bad every time. The subaru is getting retuned soon hopefully and we will get another vid.

He's really vauge with what mods it really has so there is no real way to say

by "big turbo" it could mean anything really...from a 270whp vf34 to a 400+whp setup with an FP green/gt30r/etc

Well in that case, its likely in the 300whp range, which usually equates to mid to low 12's with a good driver/launch

Was the race from a roll or dig?

he sais it put down only 280whp at turboxs...hence the dissapointment in the tune from him. As I said before most of the races were from a Dig...and this was a cold *** ngiht too

gotcha...I imagine the integra is putting down 260-270whp as well....since its quite a bit lighter, the outcome isnt too surprising

Im guessing your friend sucks at teh launch as well

Damn, I would have expected much better numbers than that from a turbo upgraded wrx, hopefully he will get a better tune and come back with well over 300

Hahahahahahahaha 280whp with a stage 4!?

Who the hell tuned his car? He needs to drop that UTEC crap and go with ecu-tek.

STI's make 260-275whp with just a turboback + EM. (Stage 2)

The guy that tuned his car needs a swift kick to the nuts.

And the wrx owner needs a real turblow. (Deadbolt Superzilla FPG Garret)
