K20 CRV intake manifold swap options
Hi guys,
I am need of urgent help.
So, the story is like this......my 2006 k20 CRV is having idle issue.
I have done and checked everything; sensor recalibration, software update, compression test, injector test, fuel filter change, iacv clean.....
But, when my engine is cold and I am driving away the engine will stop at the first traffic light and start very hard!
Therefore I am thinking that a manifold swap will be the best way to go, because my engine has the plastic manifold and I think that maybe it has an air leak or something!
So, what K20 aluminium intake will suit my car without too much hustle?
Thanks.
Regards, Bogdan

Re: K20 CRV intake manifold swap options
I would keep checking for a cause of the problem. The CRV intake has a IMRC valve, and thus replacing it with a K20 aluminum intake will give you a CEL and possible more problems.
