Do they worth it? Are they good upgrade from stock k20 type s cams?

05-06 rsx type s cams are essentially the same thing and can be found for ~$200

Really! Any form to identify them and not be scammed? Do they have the same grooves/lines as the type-r?

whp more than z1 and z3 depends who tuned it and they are better than a2

what?! itr's make 15whp more than z1's???? ahahahahahaaaaah. z3 and a2 share the exact same ex. cam and itr/z1's are the same cam, maybe slightly different centerline but they will NOT make more hp than z1's... they'll beat out z3's though. yes I've dynoed both and have pics of z1's vs z3's too

Well if you are so secure what are you saying show the dynno sheet for both and this is my dynno sheet for my k20 and explain to me how do you get 240whp on headers 3 inch exhaust and intake ???????
