2000 civic si no power to fuel pump

2000 civic si no power to fuel pump
Got 2000 civic si the fuel pump not priming car not starting just cranks over no power going to fuel pump I changed main relay fuses fuel filter fuel pump running p2t ecu obd2b with a b16a engine from 89 has no crank positiong sensor and the sensor wires are spliced on ecu harness check engine comes on but never turns off obd2 scanner will not pick up codes and it will not read codes when I jump ecu someone help please
