Default Dumb CR-Z Question. Snow!

I live in Central New York in a snow belt. Test drove a new black CR-Z yesterday, but have serious concerns about winter driving. Will this thing have a chance in some serious snow fall. Fairly heavy for being small and front wheel drive, but I dont know..... Any former CR-X drivers with snow experience?

The car just came out here. You may have to wait till winter is over to get peoples opinions and observations. I'm for the most part sure that the car will be like any other FWD car in the snow.

CR-Z is not a slammed ride when riding the standard shocks / springs. I wouldn't see a problem is snowy terrain

I think the word would have been out by now if hybrids had issues with snow. Probably more reliable than a starter motor.

if the crz is front wheel drive and heavy in the front it should do fine in snowy conditions. Get the right tires and appropriate air in the tires. drive slow and in a straight line you will be ok. I wouldn't ever consider driving a new car through snow and risk getting bumper damage or worse however. Gosh if only 05-07 wrx wagons were cheaper and in deeper supply... i would jump on one now!
